About TheFleetOS
TheFleetOS is an operating system for independent rental, dispatch and fleet businesses. It replaces the spreadsheets, notebooks, WhatsApp threads and ad-hoc payment links most operators juggle today with one dashboard that runs the whole business: bookings and availability, vehicles and drivers, dispatch jobs, rate cards and pricing, customers, agreements, invoices, and the reports an owner actually needs to make decisions.
TheFleetOS is built for the operators who keep Nigeria moving — car rental companies, chauffeur and corporate fleets, dispatch and last-mile delivery businesses, and mixed fleets that do both. It is deliberately mobile-first and WhatsApp-first: staff check vehicles out on a phone, customers book from a shareable booking page, and reminders, delivery updates and payment nudges go out where people actually read them. Nothing important lives only on a desktop in the office.
We ship continuously — calendar two-way sync, automated billing sweeps, maintenance tracking and bulk dispatch are all recent additions — and we work directly with operators: if you tell us how your business runs, we configure a workspace to match it.
